Parents know all too well about this when they are awakened by their child in the middle of the night with the child reporting they’ve had a bad dream and can’t return to sleep.
For some children, this becomes a chronic condition resulting in them needing to sleep with a parent in order to feel safe enough to sleep through the night.
This becomes problematic overtime.
For older children and teens, with increasing responsibilities placed upon them and pressures to perform academically, many are experiencing disrupted sleep as a result.
It is the role of the subconscious mind to protect you in every way, so it thinks you need this prompting to ensure productivity, even when the child’s conscious mind is ready to call it a day, sleep and rejuvenate.
Hypnosis for kids is a great way to access the subconscious and understand why it is playing the tape that keeps them awake at night.
It holds the key to this and many more issues…and very easy to resolve.
In the first session we will uncover the belief system operating at the child’s subconscious level and then re-educate it so he or she can sleep normally and once again experience a peaceful, restful night's rest.
